Nina, John, Bobbe, and Phil joined Justin and I for a yummy Easter dinner on Sunday. I got to use some of the new things we've been generously given by friends and family over the last few weeks. The new roaster was a great opportunity for me to try roasting a leg of lamb. I was a little nervous as it was my first leg of lamb! But with the leave in digital thermometer, it turned out great, or so I was told. We also got to use the green place mats and napkins to make it a beautiful dinner table. And of course we had pretty fine china, a wedding present from Kim's grandma, Peg. Thank you to everyone who helped to make the meal so wonderful!Sunday, April 24, 2011
